Oscar victor Jamie Foxx is being accused of sexual misconduct.

A woman has come forward to accuse Academy-Award victor Jamie Foxx of allegedly slapping her in the face with his penis when she refused to perform oral sex.

Through his attorney, Foxx has said that the woman's claim is an "absurd" lie, though the woman has gone so far as to report the alleged incident to Las Vegas police, TMZ said.

"The alleged assault happened in Las Vegas back in 2002".

Jamie Foxx is accused of slapping a woman with his penis at a 2002 party. The case is open, but the statue of limitations expired after three years.

In her police report, the woman says when Jamie tried to get her to perform oral sex, she refused, and that was when he struck her in the face with his penis. After that, one of his friends told her to leave. The woman says that when she returned to Los Angeles the next day, she checked herself into the hospital for a severe panic attack.

Jamie Foxx is denying allegations that he slapped a woman in the face with his penis nearly 16 years ago in Las Vegas.

She added that he will be filing a claim with the Las Vegas police department against the woman for filing a false police report against him.

The website stated the woman making the allegations was inspired by the #MeToo movement and wanted her claims on record in case other accusers came forward.

Hart said the reason why the accuser waited until now to file a report based on something that allegedly happened 16 years ago is "because the incident never happened".

Despite the statute of limitations having expired, alleged law enforcement sources told the publication the case is now under investigation.
