The actress, who was one of the first recipients of MTV's gender-neutral award a year ago, is a vocal anti-bullying advocate and LGBT rights supporter who has publicly voiced her support for GLAAD's Together movement as well as Parkland shooting survivors.

The meme is thought to have originated as an inside joke from within the LGBTQ community.

Millie - who has been extremely vocal in her support for the LGBTQ+ community and stance against bullying - has chose to deactivate her social media after people made her to center of this inappropriate "trend".

TooFab has reached out to Brown's reps for comment, but has yet to hear back.

Since the memes came to prominence and Brown deactivated her Twitter account, fans have been calling out those who made the memes. Brown herself has not said whether the memes were behind her decision to pull down her Twitter account either and her Instagram remains active. with comments turned off.

The memes depicted the actress saying homophobic quotes and have been removed by Twitter in the wake of the incident.
