PSG ready to make staggering offer for Coutinho

Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a £239m bid to sign midfielder, Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona this summer.

According to the UK Daily Mail report, citing Spain's Diario AS, revealed that Los Blancos supporters are not comfortable with Neymar's on and off field antics during his spell at Nou Camp as well as his tendency to become a big headed, are giving the Galaticos faithful to consider discontinuing the deal to land the Brazilian.

But Coutinho has rejected PSG in the past.

However, it concludes by saying Barca's newest midfield gem wants to stay with the Blaugrana, which is of little wonder given the immediate success he enjoyed in La Liga following his winter switch.

Coutinho scored 10 goals in 22 appearances during the second half of the 2017-18 campaign.

At the 2018 World Cup, Coutinho reached the quarterfinals, where the Brazilians lost to the Belgian squad 1-2.

In January, when Barcelona had practically closed a deal with Liverpool for the player, PSG made a last-ditch effort to disrupt the negotiations in an attempt to steal the player from under the noses of the Catalan club.

PSG reportedly want to sign a new No. 9 ahead of next season, and the club feels Suarez's good relationship with Neymar would only benefit the team.

Boosting the club's coffers would be the most obvious reason for Barcelona to sell their new star man.

However, while they have discussed a move with the players agent, it is claimed that PSG have not made the offer to Barcelona.
