Digital Extremes Studio Manager Sheldon Carter adds: "Cross-play requires all platforms to be updated simultaneously, which is not what our development schedule allows for at the moment".

Warframe gives players the chance to master the Warframe armor as the enigmatic Tenno, a race of ancient warriors wielding blade and gun, who are awakened from centuries of cryo-sleep by the mysterious guide, Lotus, to restore order throughout the Solar System.

One of Panic Button's next Nintendo Switch ports has been revealed. Panic Button has helped develop other titles for the Nintendo Switch, including Bethesda's Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Doom, and Psyonix's Rocket League.

Panic Button recently teased that it is working on a major Switch port and that the title would be announced this month. An open PC beta for the sci-fi shooter was launched in 2013 with a PS4 version of the game releasing alongside the console's launch in November 2013. The game is now without a release date or even window, but when we know, you will know. So if you're having one of those moments where Fortnite is frustrating you to the point of tossing your controller, you might want to take a break and try this game out.
