This Cat Can't Stop Interrupting a Polish Professor's TV Interview

Targalski seemed to take no notice until the cat's tail blocked his vision.

Lisio the cat has become a national celebrity since he upstaged Dr Targalski during an interview on a Dutch current affairs show, Nieuwsuur.

It's a universally acknowledged truth that cats have no regard for personal space.

Political scientist Dr Jerzy Targalski was busy analysing the political situation in Poland, amid a government crackdown on the country's independent supreme court.

Targalski didn't even paws (sorry) as Lisio crawled up his arm, perching on his human's shoulder and grooming Targalski's ear.

Targalski continued talking to journalist Rudy Bouma as if it were all pre-planned.

The ginger cat, called Lisio, made a decision to climb his owner's shoulders and purr up against him affectionately, waving his tail in his face.

It's reminiscent of the time North Korea expert Robert E Kelly was interrupted by his daughter and baby son during an interview with the BBC. And honestly, Lisio also deserves a treat for being a very good boy. Follow INSIDER on Facebook.
