One of the first faux pas Trump did was making the Queen wait for 15 minutes at Windsor Castle before he arrived for his tour of the Guard of Honor.

President Donald Trump met with Queen Elizabeth II for the first time in his presidential term on Friday, meeting Her Royal Highness at Windsor Castle for tea alongside First Lady Melania Trump.

The president largely managed to avoid mass protests planned for his visit, and has shrugged off the organised demonstrations, which on Friday included a giant baby-shaped balloon bearing Trump's features. There was an instance when Queen directs Trump and directs him forward with her white-gloved right hand. She is forced to walk to the side of the president, where they continue walking.

Donald Trump's first official visit to the United Kingdom and meeting with Queen Elizabeth was full of gaffes.

According to royal etiquette, one should never turn their back on the monarch, or walk in front of her. A Guard of Honour, formed of the Coldstream Guards, gave a Royal Salute and the US National Anthem was played.

After bypass, the Queen, the US President and his wife went to the interior of the castle for the tea.

While Trump typically likes to take the lead, he appeared to followed the queen's direction, adjusting his pace to hers. And she's got a lot of years left.

"She is a tremendous woman".

J Floris is most famously the Queen's perfumer and is the oldest English retailer of fragrance and toiletries - still family owned and run by 8th and 9th generations of the family. You do not see, like, anything embarrassing.

'To have that meeting I think was really great.

"She is an incredible woman, she is so sharp, she is so attractive, when I say handsome - inside and out". When the queen hosted Jimmy Carter for a state dinner at Buckingham Palace, the 39th president raised eyebrows, when instead of a bow, he kissed the queen mother right on the lips. "The Queen is always in charge", Harrold explained.

Elizabeth has now met every US president since Dwight Eisenhower with the exception of Lyndon Johnson, who did not visit England while in office.
