This is "Hard Knocks", isn't it?

Once signed up, you can watch Hard Knocks episodes live as they air, or you can watch them on-demand anytime after. At the same time, Landry delivered an emotional speech that showed Cleveland what's it's getting and the Dolphins what they will miss more than his 8.8-yard average per catch past year: His fire.

Jackson was aware of the cameras in his office and likely kept his explanation vague on goal, but what stands out is his firm belief that Gordon, who has missed 43 of the Browns last 48 games due to suspensions, will actually return. My guess is they'll confirm it. It'll likely serve as a gateway toward exploring the inner workings of the Browns' much-improved situation under center, as veteran Tyrod Taylor has taken the reins, No. 1 pick Baker Mayfield is developing as the team's quarterback of the future and veteran Drew Stanton is lending assistance wherever it's needed.

The cameras show Jackson mostly holding his emotions in check until team personnel, including Dorsey, come into his office and give him a group hug, reminding him that they are all in this together. Jackson breaks the news to some of his coaches that Gordon, the star receiver who has missed 43 of the Browns' past 48 games due to suspensions, will not be reporting to camp.

Look at the receiving corps Landry joined. The vehicle, which showed up on the first day of camp, has served as the Browns quarterbacks clubhouse this training camp. They just traded for a guy who came up with the inventive excuse that his vehicle had marijuana in it because it was shipped and others had control of it.

Dez Bryant was a fan of what he saw from Landry. But, every team needs someone on the edge of emotional imbalance - and Landry was that guy for the Dolphins.

"We have been asked multiple times about being featured on Hard Knocks, and we really felt like it was our turn this year and the timing was right", said Cleveland Browns owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam.

Then there would be the meetings that Zimmer has with general manager Rick Spielman about roster moves. "I just gave him that encouragement that whatever he is going through, we can't wait to have him back". But if you're not hurt, like if your hamstring ain't falling off, [expletive] gone; your leg ain't broke. Straight up. Like that [expletive] is weakness, and that [expletive] is contagious as [expletive], and that [expletive] ain't going to be in this room, bro. And that s-- ain't going to be in this room, bro. "That s-- is over with here, bro". Like you should be f- practicing. If you're not [expletive] hurt, you've got to [expletive] practice. Because you make other motherf- work even f- harder. If you're going to [expletive] practice, [expletive] practice. Because you're being a bitch.

"Straight up, man, that s-- is f--ing real bruh". I just want to win. That s-- ain't happening here. I'm hurt and I'm exhausted just like every [expletive] body in this room, but I ain't taking no [expletive] days off, because I can't be [expletive] great that way. But I ain't taking no f-- days off because I can't be great that way. The RV, not to mention Mayfield, figure to get a lot of screen time in the behind-the-scenes series. All that other b-- s--, it don't live here no more. That s-- don't exist. "It's contagious. ... That's all I wanted to say".

Dorsey replies, "Well I think what you do is you talk about the players that are here". How could you not be fired up after hearing that? Zach Thomas hasn't made the cut, which is absurd, as I wrote in my column. Ignore him. Good advice.
