The Shaul family plans to protest the deal in front of the Prime Minister's Office on Sunday morning, when the security cabinet is to meet to discuss the agreement. Hamas has reportedly agreed to a three-stage deal proposed by the worldwide interlocutors. They are in custody and will be put on flights home, a spokeswoman for the Israeli Immigration Authority said, Reuters reported.

Thereport, citing "official sources" in the PA, said that a reconciliation between Hamas and Fatah was not viewed as being a central component of the current process.

Hamas, meanwhile, is desperate to end the blockade, which has made it increasingly hard for the group to govern and has led to growing hardships in Gaza.

Israel, the United States and other Western countries regard Hamas as a terrorist organization.

The report came as Hamas briefed various Palestinian factions on the ongoing mediated talks. The UN and Egypt have not publicly detailed the proposals.

Meanwhile, a Palestinian teen died of his wounds Saturday a day after he was shot by Israeli troops during clashes on the Gaza border, the territory's Hamas-run health ministry said.

Israel insists its blockade is necessary to isolate Hamas, with which it has fought three wars since 2008.

Another Palestinian, 25-year-old Ahmed Yaghi, was killed by a sniper east of Gaza City on Friday.

Some of the protesters typically throw stones, burn tires, try to cut parts of the fence system or set off incendiary balloons and kites with the aim of setting fires in Israel.

But some Egyptian officials say they would resist any attempt by Israel, or its USA ally, to shift to Cairo the onus for addressing Gaza's long-term governance or economic problems.

According to Hadashot, the first phase of the plan would see the Rafah border crossing with Egypt reopened on a permanent basis, and eased restrictions on the Kerem Shalom crossing with Israel.

The "Hamas" leadership is working on a "progressive" agreement with Israel on ending marches organized at the border with the Gaza Strip and on the cessation of hostilities between Israel and the movement, including incendiary balloons in exchange for lifting the latest economic blockade imposed on the enclave.
