Fortnite Challenges for Season 5 Week 4 are coming later today, Thursday August 9th, and should be going live in just a few hours at around 2pm BST.

As usual with Season 5, the challenges are now split into two sections, Free and Battle Pass.

Plus some links to helpful guides to assist you with completing some of the more tricky weekly challenges. To offset that, there are two in the giant wooden llama statue to the north that will count towards your progress. This zoomed-in map by Redditor "Qpaniic" will help you track down chests in Junk Junction. Interacting with them teleports you high into the air above the island, allowing you to plummet down to the ground or use the elevation to glide around.

Although there's no specific location to find the rifts, anecdotally, we've found we run into them most in the new areas that were added to the game at the start of Season 5. So stay in the game until you are eliminated or win the game.

A new Treasure Map can be found in Snobby Shores and players also have to hit a golf ball from tee to green.

If you've never seen one before, they look like blue tears in the fabric of reality. If you go here straight from the Battle Bus, try and swoop down into the lower portion of the mine quickly so you can be first to the floor loot. As a result, we recommend taking regular trips to the desert biome at the bottom of the map and hanging around Snobby Shores too. This means you'll be ready and waiting for unsuspecting players that traipse down after you.
