Omarosa Claims Donald Trump Used N-Word On ‘Apprentice’-Era Tape

Former Donald Trump confidante Omarosa Manigault Newman was offered $15,000 a month from the president's campaign to "stay silent" after being fired from the White House, The Washington Post reported Friday. Both are racially offensive terms used to describe people from the Phillipines. She could still be salty after the previous bout of negative press, which detailed that she had brought her 39-person wedding party for an unannounced White House photo shoot that saw guests seeking selfies in the Oval Office and Rose Garden.

Manigault Newman writes in the book, according to the Guardian, that in late 2016 Trump's team held a conference call to discuss possible responses should the tape be made public.

Manigault-Newman developed a relationship with Trump during the taping of The Apprentice, where she was a contestant known for her back-stabbing ways.

She added: 'My certainty about the N-word tape and his frequent uses of that word were the top of a high mountain of truly appalling things I'd experienced with him, during the last two years in particular'.

Manigault Newman said she never heard Trump use the word herself, a point that critics of her credibility are certain to seize on.

Newman claims she was sacked after coming close to get her hands on the tape said to contain the racist slurs, which Apprentice producers have refused to release for contractual reasons. Trump has continuously insisted that he is not a "racist", but if audio recordings do eventually come about showing that he did use the n-word to criticize African Americans, it would be hard for him to deny that label any longer.

The future United States president was caught on mic uttering the racial slur "multiple times" during the making of his reality TV show, and there are recordings that prove it, according to Newman, who offered no proof of her accusation.

According to Omarosa, Trump referred to George Conway, who is half Filipino, as a "Flip" and a "Goo-goo".
