The company says Team of Experts personnel will be available to all T-Mobile customers at no additional expense, so it's not like you have to sign up for a premium service plan to see any benefits.

The pitch is that T-Mobile wants to treat you like rock star, the company's theme for the day as it touts a revamped customer service system that's more dedicated to your specific needs.

T-Mobile also announced that in 2018 they will have 30 cities with 5G and smartphones with built-in 5G will be ready in 2019.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere on stage to talk about customer service. Today, he was out front again as T-Mobile unveiled the latest Un-carrier move. There were three big announcements, including Team of Experts, a new partnership with Live Nation, and free Pandora Plus for all customers.

According to T-Mobile, you will have 24-hour access to help with no robots, no phone menus, and customer service for everyone. Instead of waiting for a rep, you are in control.

Thanks to an agreement with select amphitheaters across the country, T-Mobile customers will enjoy perks like expedited entry into venues, exclusive concession lines, and even T-Mobile branded lawn chairs for you to sit on while enjoying the show (while supplies last).

Important to note, Team of Experts is only available to postpaid customers at this time. To mark the occasion, the carrier is providing one year of free Pandora Plus streaming and a "multi-year" deal with Live Nation that gives you access to discounted tickets and access to last-minute reserve seats in otherwise sold-out venue sections. If you already have a Pandora Plus subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to cancel that subscription before you can redeem your code, but those who are subscribed through Pandora directly will be able to simply redeem the code and continue listening. "Expect to hear more".

Are you a fan of these new perks from T-Mobile? Keep an eye on the T-Mobile Tuesdays app for offers starting August 21.

The Pandora Plus promotion follows closely after Verizon's six-month Apple Music promotion, and offers ad-free music with offline listening and unlimited replays and skips.
