Wolf has been very vocal in her left-wing views, and had used her Netflix show to push a liberal agenda.

The Internet network has opted not to continue with two recent entries in the genre, The Break with Michelle Wolf andThe Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale.

The Joel McHale Show - which mined reality TV for laughs and followed in the tradition of the Community vet's E! show, The Soup - launched in February with 13 weekly installments.

The "Daily Show" star gained widespread notoriety earlier this year after giving a speech during the White House Correspondents' Association (WHCA) dinner in which she repeatedly slammed White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Debuting in Feburary, it lasted a total of 19 episodes, with the final six being released at once on July 15. On the show, Wolf continued with her provocative political jabs that made headlines. Netflix program chief Ted Sarandos also told Vulture this spring he's up for more episodes of David Letterman's interview show if the host wants to do more.

Netflix also dumped Chelsea Handler's self-titled talk show late previous year, but still is slated to unveil Hasan Minhaj's unscripted comedy show Patriot Act in October. Coming up this fall are Patriot Act with The Daily Show's Hasan Minhaj, Norm Macdonald has a Show, and The Fix, a comedy panel show helmed by Jimmy Carr, Katherine Ryan and D.L. Hughley.
