Ryan Gosling admits he could be talked into suiting up as Batman, as long as La La Land's Damien Chazelle were to direct. It played at the Toronto film festival on Monday night. In fact, such loyalty isn't unheard of, as actors who've featured in past Batman movies said they'd be interested in returning only if they'd get to work with either Tim Burton or Christopher Nolan again. "Back before we even made La La Land together".

Finding the right fit for Janet, Armstrong's wife, was trickier, but Chazelle said once he heard Claire Foy (The Crown) read from a real interview Janet had once given, he was sold. A visceral, first-person account, based on the book by James R. Hansen, the movie will explore the sacrifices and the cost-on Armstrong and on the nation-of one of the most risky missions in history. Still, the seemingly never-ending chatter orbiting Ryan Gosling has continued, this time rearing its head during a segment hosted by Variety.
