Aaron Rodgers called his injury a "sprained knee", according to Rob Demovsky, an ESPN reporter who covers the Green Bay Packers.

Rodgers avoided questions about his knee injury on Tuesday and the team has still not made a decision on whether he'll play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, despite Rodgers saying Sunday after the Bears game he would play. "We'll see what tomorrow brings", McCarthy said during his Wednesday news conference.

Meanwhile, if there's a player not needing practice leading to a game, Rodgers would certainly qualify given his familiarity with the offensive scheme and the upcoming opponent. Down by 20 points, an injured Rodgers led the Packers on a second half comeback that won't soon be forgotten. After allowing a field goal on the Bears' opening possession, the Packers, inspired by their quarterback returning, took over and sent the Bears back to Chicago with a heartbreaking loss.

Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer is preparing to face Aaron Rodgers. "Yeah. He walks on water so I'm sure he's going to play", Zimmer said Wednesday.
