Google even teased the Pixel 3 on its official store recently, and now it has confirmed the official colors of the device. The first has appeared on the Google Store and simply shows a big "3", while inviting interested Android users to sign up for more information.

On the interactive page, if you click on the "G" symbol on the phone, you see three versions of the animation, one that's grey, one that's black and one that's a new mint-green shade.

Google is hosting an event on October 9th in New York City, and both the teasers for the event and the timing of it suggest that new Pixel phones are coming.

So, there's nothing too insane going on with that teaser, but things get a little more interesting with the second one, which is actually a Japanese teaser.

But while the 3 is clearly a reference to the Google Pixel 3, could it be more than that? What's also interesting is that Google is teasing a no-notch full-screen Pixel 3 design in these pictures.

Which color you want? Several leaked images of the unannounced phones, rumoured features and more have offered a solid glimpse into Google's plans for this year's Pixel phones.
