Ultimate Set, a bundle including a digital copy of the game complete with Super Smash Bros. For those who really want to get that authentic NES experience, Nintendo revealed new pairs of Switch-compatible NES controllers.

During today's Nintendo Direct special, Nintendo confirmed that the bundle is in fact coming, with all the goodies that you've come to expect, Smash Bros. fans.

Nintendo is bringing cloud saves to the Switch as part of its online subscription service, and while the news was initially welcomed by fans, it looks like there's a pretty big catch.

The New Super Luigi U expansion will also be in the package.

With the first two games focussing on Luigi's efforts to save his brother Mario from the haunted mansion, we imagine Mario has got himself into trouble again, although details on the premise of the third installation are yet to be announced.

However, the announcement of these controllers also seems to confirm that SNES games and controllers are coming to the system down the line. For comparison's sake, Sony's PlayStation 4 keeps your data for six months, giving you time to renew at your leisure, and the Xbox One offers free cloud saves for all users, regardless of a monthly subscription.

It'll cost $549.95 when it launches on November 9th (the game code won't activate until December 7th) and will include branded Joy-Con controllers as well as a dock.
