North Texas fools Arkansas with incredible fake fair catch on punt return

Yes, some of the games haven't even started yet, but that's how stunningly brilliant, deviously cunning and jaw-droppingly incredible this is.

Brewer may have caught the ball nonchalantly, but he never signaled for a fair catch.

A North Texas player reached into his bag of tricks during Saturday's game against Arkansas, and he produced a highlight-reel play as a result.

How is that possible? Well, something is clearly missing from this play.

What a phenomenal bit of acting by Brewer to give the Mean Green a 14-0 lead on the road.

The problem for Arkansas is the play didn't end there.

Brewer fielded the punt on his own 10, then stood there and acted like he called a fair catch.

The end result was Brewer trotting into the end zone - untouched - for a 90-yard touchdown.
