USA TODAY's Ed Baig gives his take on some of the pros and cons of Apple's new iPhones XS, XS Max and XR.

If you really want to squeeze every bit of your LTE broadband connectivity, you may want to ditch your old iPhone and get an iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max. So, while the elegant new iPhone XS Max that I've been testing since Wednesday (along with the XS) has, by far, the largest display and is the most expensive and best iPhone ever, Apple's latest handsets, good as they are, don't move the needle all that much.

On T-Mobile, the increase was much less, in part because the iPhone X already had the fastest connectivity in that network: 29.82Mbps. This product bundle costs CNY 9,599 (Rs. 1,00,700 approx) similar to the pricing of iPhone XS Max's base model in China. As in years' past, it's possible to find out the exact location of your precious iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max by going to the UPS website and performing a query by reference number. Available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB versions, the Apple iPhone XS Max's price in India will be Rs 1,09,900, Rs 1,24,900 and Rs 1,44,900 respectively. The phones will start selling in India from September 28 onwards.

The XR bundle includes a Xiaomi Mi 8 SE smartphone, 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air, the Mi Band 3, the Mi Bluetooth Mini priced at CNY 6,499 (Rs. 68,200 approx) which is roughly equal to the starting price of the iPhone XR.
