He claims that the two had "consensual, protected sex" after she met him in Manchester, England while he was on tour previous year and that "there is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last fall". According to Drizzy's lawyer, he and Lace hooked up at his Manchester hotel.

"Lace created a" fantasy relationship" with Drake, according to his legal team, but the rapper did not have the "time or energy to respond".

Layla was asked how sure she was that she was pregnant with Drake and not another man, to which she replied: 'Let me tell you something - and I'm just going to make this clear because I have been asked that before. He said the two had consensual sex and that "Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex". Insinuating she was preggers with Drake's baby.

The allegations started in April 2017 when Layla took to Instagram to claim she was pregnant with Drake's baby. "However, Drake does not want to take the easy way out".

According to the lawsuit, Layla switched tactics and went to authorities in NY and alleged Drake had raped her during their one-night stand. Drake says at that point Layla hired a new lawyer who demanded money or else they would make the rape complaint public. TMZ reports that Lace hired a lawyer in 2017 and threatened Drake with a defamation suit over a story in which he claimed he had never met her, as well as demanding money for the alleged baby. Lace also refused to get a paternity test.

The lawsuit, which was filed by celebrity lawyer, Larry Stein, also contains text messages that were allegedly between Layla and Drake.

On Tuesday, Drake filed a lawsuit against Lace, accusing her of civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process. When Drake denied those requests, she allegedly hired a lawyer to pursue accusations that he raped her during their encounter in February 2017. Manchester police reportedly interviewed the rapper, ultimately clearing him of any charges. There has been no word on how much money in damages he's seeking. We'll continue to keep you posted moving forward.
