The first trailer for Captain Marvel has finally arrived after what seems like forever.

Thor: Ragnarok star Tessa Thompson and Guardians of the Galaxy's Pom Klementieff, among others, have shared their reactions to the first Captain Marvel trailer.

We have known about Captain Marvel for so damn long that it feels like we have been waiting forever for official news to replace the rumors and speculation.

After the stupendous success of "Wonder Woman" starring Gal Gadot the next female centric superhero movie "Captain Marvel" is getting ready for release on March 8th 2019. Captain Marvel is on her way. Instead of watching the same old story unfold, Marvel's making us want to assemble the origin story as part of Danvers' quest in the film.

Before Captain Marvel goes tasked to help defeat Thanos in another of Marvel's upcoming Infinity Wars 4, her own solo cinematic is slated to make headlines in the meantime to introduce her massive girl power.

You will see clearly, that there is basically one additional line in this synopsis about Carol and her small cadre of allies being at the center of a maelstrom. This is where our hero lands when she falls to Earth-and the excitement doesn't stop there. But there's more to this character than external conflict, as she's also plagued by vague memories that lead her to a mysterious conclusion: "I think I had a life here, but I can't tell if it's real".

People were really confused by what they were seeing.
