As you can see from these images obtained by WinFuture, the new handset will be called the OnePlus 6T, which isn't too much of a surprise but needed to be confirmed all the same.

The OnePlus 6T is quickly approaching.

While it's not advisable to take this as solid evidence, case makers typically get dimensions well in advance so they can prepare their accessories in time for the launch so it's very plausible.

Amazon is also running an ad banner for the launch of OnePlus 6T on its home page. The teaser page for OnePlus 6T also shows the recently announced OnePlus Type-C Bullets earphones.

The OnePlus 6T will not come with the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack. Thus, this picture also seems to confirm that the OnePlus 6T will actually be the first smartphone of the brand with a built-in fingerprint reader under the display. The OnePlus 6T, is therefore, expected to cram a larger battery with some reports suggesting that even wireless charging could be a new feature of the OnePlus 6T. OnePlus Type-C Bullets will be the new USB-C version of Bullets V2 earphones. In addition, a comparison with the OnePlus 6 shows that the position of the power button has been slightly changed and the new model appears to have slightly changed overall proportions, indicating a grown display. However, the company will most likely launch it before the festive season kickstarts in India by mid-October. Oppo and Vivo launched a couple of smartphones each in China and India with waterdrop notch, so OnePlus will join the list with the OnePlus 6T.

Besides it being rumored that OnePlus has finally managed to get a U.S. carrier, believed to be T-Mobile in this instance, to sell the OnePlus 6T on its store shelves, the handset will also be sold exclusively via (India), as evidenced by this product teaser shown on the e-tailer's website. It will be the company's first smartphone to feature the technology.

The OnePlus 6T will most likely be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and should be made available in a number of RAM and ROM configurations.

One striking feature of the OnePlus 6T's first "official" image is that: the fingerprint reader is missing underneath the dual LED flash on the back. The price of the smartphone is expected to remain the same at Rs 34,999 for the base 6GB/64GB storage variant.
