Nokia 7.1 Plus press renders reveal notch & dual cameras

For those unaware, the Nokia 5.1 Plus is actually a re-branded Nokia X5 that was launched in China back in July this year, with the difference being that Nokia 5.1 Plus is an Android One smartphone and is aimed at global markets.

In addition to launching gaming centric devices, companies are also introducing features aimed at gamers in their devices. The tweet included a 10-second showing some games being played on a device.

While not much is now known about the device, Nokia has quite an array of phones it can utilize as a base, if it wasn't looking to introduce a completely new device.

Nokia has been on a launch spree this season with aggressively proced yet well build smartphones in the affordable segments. There is 3,060mAh battery under the hood. As per speculations, the Nokia 5.1 Plus could be priced below Rs 15,000 and some of the specifications have also been listed on the teaser page. The Nokia 6.1 Plus is also on Android 8.1 Oreo and is expected to get the Pie goodness by the end of 2018.

There's now no word on when the Nokia 7.1 Plus will be released, but in regards to pricing, it should come in under Rs. 25,000 in India. Nokia 7.1 Plus will again feature the same Carl Zeiss lenses with a single camera lens on front.

There's going be a rear dual camera setup in a vertically placed position. Nokia 6.1 Plus is doing well with the flash sales, and the company will look to carry on the momentum.

The Chinese holding company Global HMD allowed placement on the Internet first official render has not yet presented smartphone Nokia 7.1 Plus. India pricing of the Nokia 5.1 Plus will be revealed at 2pm IST on September 24 on the e-tailer's website.

We'll let you know exactly what actually is announced as soon as we find out on October 4. It's just a couple of weeks away, so it can be Nokia 9 or Nokia 7.1 Plus, or both.
