Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 6T soon. The smartphone is expected to come with a range of new features including waterdrop notch and in-screen fingerprint technology. A source on SlashLeaks has released the official poster of the OnePlus 6T. These photos have been shared on Slashleak website, which has been fairly accurate in the past about unreleased phones.

The OnePlus Switch app was launched with the sole objective of making it easier for OnePlus smartphone users to transfer their data from one device to another.

The poster doesn't show the bottom of the OnePlus 6T that is so far rumoured to.

When it comes to OnePlus devices, the frequent rumors and leaks mean that we usually already know most of what to expect with an upcoming device before it launches. It is being speculated that OnePlus 6T will come with a 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 2340×1080 pixels.

There is also the presence of the waterdrop notch design that possesses significantly lesser space than the rectangular notch of the OnePlus 6. But the photos do show the power button on the right and volume buttons on the left.

This is also in-line with the leaks and the ad itself makes this assumption reliable as there's no visible fingerprint scanner at the back of the device in the ad.

The OnePlus 6T is also confirmed to lose the 3.5mm audio jack.

OnePlus 6T will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 processor, the same chipset that powers OnePlus 6.

- It will come with an OLED screen.

There is no sign of fingerprint sensor, but make no mistake it will illuminate to make itself noticed by the user to put the finger on when he/she pick the phone up and the display is off [It will be similar to the Vivo V11 Pro - check the image below].

OnePlus 6 users, however, will have one advantage that OnePlus 6T will not have.

- The OnePlus 6T is likely to launch on October 17 and will possibly go on sale from October 21 in India. The older model has 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead of being placed in the back, it can be found inside the display, according to Gadgets Now.
