The program - established by The Royal Foundation (the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's organisation) - aims to give apprentices aged between 16 and 24 the opportunity to become sports coaches in the future.

Harry and Meghan visited Loughborough University in the English midlands, where more than 200 young people were undertaking a full day's Coach Core activities, followed by an awards ceremony.

Meghan and Harry couldn't stop smiling during their official day out together and the couple, who tied the knot at Windsor Castle in May, were also caught on camera sharing a few tender moments as Harry wrapped his arm around his giggling wife.

Meghan, dressed in a top by Oscar de la Renta, pants by Altuzarra and stiletto heeled shoes showed willing as did Harry, who was similarly casually dressed in a smart jacket, shirt and pants.

Netball in heels: no biggie.

The program is designed for young people who are not working or studying, and helps produce the next generation of sports coaches.

"My husband has devoted so many years to Coach Core and in the past year of my being in the United Kingdom to be able to see not just the impact but the incredible inspiration and sense of objective that this instills in people is astounding", Meghan told guests.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been married for just a summer, but they're already old pros at making joint appearances at official events.

Harry and Meghan made sure to get amongst the action, showing off their competitive sides.
