Last week, we reported that Red Dead Redemption 2 will get exclusive timed early access content for PlayStation 4 gamers.

PS4 owners will need an active PlayStation Plus subscription to access "Red Dead Online" and access its early access items. The content is fairly mundane.

This cool, rugged outfit is ideal for exploring the forests of Ambarino. The outfit will also be available for use in Red Dead Online, which is now slated to launch as a public beta in November. It'll be available for use in multiplayer once Red Dead Online launches. Thankfully, they're not too egregious or compelling enough to feel like you're getting ripped off by playing the Xbox One version of the game. Just as well, a special alligator skin saddle comes with the horse. Additionally, players will have access to a High Roller Double-Action Revolver, adorned with etchings along the side and hilt with an Ace of Spade on the handle and a skull near the ammo chamber. They can customize protagonist Arthur Morgan with the wool-lined, long coat with custom, hand-tooled leather accents, and a leather vest with ornate pattern details.

A chestnut-colored beauty, the PS Blog says the Red Chestnut Arabian Horse is "a step up from the first tier of available horses" that possesses superior speed and handling.

While that sounds exciting and players could potentially deck themselves out in some very fancy gear, it's worth noting that Red Dead Redemption 2's map is the largest Rockstar has ever created.

Alligator Skin Ranch Cutter Saddle: the Alligator Skin Ranch Cutter Saddle provides a number of benefits when equipped including core Health and Stamina boosts, which increase speed and acceleration for the horse. It comes with playing card and skull elements carved into the grip, and is flawless for quickdraws and mounted combat due to its high rate of fire. If you love GTA Online's offerings, you're bound to enjoy what Rockstar has in store for Red Dead Online.

But with October 26 nearly upon us, read on for a closer look at PlayStation's 30 days early access content offering for Red Dead Redemption 2.
