The new Midnight Blue finish looks smart - Google wanted something different from the finishes available for its Pixel phones, so this is the only option available at launch. Unsurprisingly, they are powered by the and have a choice of, or in storage terms.

In our hands-on preview of the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones, we covered numerous new features Google announced on stage during its big press event. The Pixel 3 XL will officially be the most expensive Android phone sold in the country.

Google is pushing the AI elements of its new phones. The device is still a small, circular dongle that plugs into your TV's HDMI port, although now it's available in either black or white. Google demonstrated how much better the Pixel 3 holds up next to the iPhone XS, and it's absolutely impressive. Always On also makes a comeback. On the glass back, there's a fingerprint reader and one camera; on the front, there's a notch in the screen to hide its front-facing cameras. We've been impressed with all the Snapdragon 845 devices we've seen in 2018, but we're acutely aware that the next generation of hardware is just around the corner. Google says this is so as to save battery power.

The Pixel 3 and its big brother also have a dedicated security chip - the Titan M, which keeps the OS and your passwords secure.

With the Pixel 3 series, Google breaks the ₹90,000 barrier for Android smartphone pricing in India. Not to forget, the maximum onboard storage you get with these phones is "just" 128GB. The device can be charged by one USB-C with the cord included in the box at the same time as it outputs audio from its other USB-C. "This is all done on-device and takes advantage of Pixel Visual Core, so it doesn't require an internet connection", Google said. This adds to the sleekness as well as simplicity of the Pixel 3. The phones are the successors of the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 2 XL respectively. Now the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL are here to claim the title.

That first impression will likely fade into the background once you get your hands on this phone, because the texture from that "soft touch" rear imparts a feeling of quality. Has Google made the camera even better? The base mode Celeron starts at $599. However, Google Pixel Slate will go on sale later this year in US, UK and Canada.

First impressions suggest this is going to be a lot of fun - and there's a drastic difference between the regular front camera and that wide view. One is a 97° wide-angle f/2.2 sensor and the other is a standard f/1.8 sensor.

Featuring a new design, the third-gen Chromecast is 15 percent faster than its predecessor and supports streaming in 1080p at 60 frames per second for "a more lifelike image", Chromecast Product Manager Jess Bonner wrote in a blog post. There is also Super Res Zoom which lets you zoom in on objects without losing details. And, when you take new photos of them, they'll be automatically added to the album. It will be available later as an update. But once you throw in the accessories, the Slate becomes a bit more pricey.
