Joe's sentence began in March 2016. Giudice was released after just under a year, and Joe is nearing the end of his 41 month sentence.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is now serving a 41-month sentence in federal prison on bankruptcy fraud charges.

The couple pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud and submitting false loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.

The latest report comes from RadarOnline, confirming that a judge ruled on the order in immigration court Wednesday morning.

Sources close to the reality star said that Giudice is still holding out hope for the appeal, but things are not looking good right now.

A judge ruled on October 10 that Joe Giudice must be deported to his native country of Italy, according to Radar Online.

During a previous court hearing in regard to his potential deportation, Joe attempted to convince the judge on his case to allow him to remain in the US with his wife Teresa and their four daughters.

Both of the Giudices have spent time behind bars. She wound up getting released early in December 2016.

"As much as Teresa said she would live in Italy with Joe in the past, that most likely won't happen as her father is in the States, and so is her family and friends", they said. "If Joe doesn't win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question".

An emotional Joe continued to try to argue his case and reportedly broke into tears.

Then she went off on Teresa's alleged non-stop partying lifestyle, and joked (we think) that TG's already found a way to cash in on Joe's downfall. "This news was a shock to Teresa mostly because she could never face this as an option in their lives".

The one good news for Joe is that Teresa recently revealed through her attorney that she has no plans to divorce him.

Giudice was born in Saronno, Italy, but moved to New Jersey with his family as a child and never obtained USA citizenship.
