In an FIR lodged at Oshiwara police station late on Wednesday, actress Tanushree Dutta claimed that her complaint was not recorded properly when she first approached the police in 2008 with allegations of molestation and harassment against actor Nana Patekar and three others.

Dutta has alleged that during the shooting of a song sequence for the film Horn OK Pleassss in 2008, she was being inappropriately touched by Nana Patekar.

The alleged harassment took place on the fourth day of the shoot on March 26, she says.

"I felt very uncomfortable because of his behavior mentioned above and he has outraged my modesty I felt embarrassed like this his behavior was inappropriate towards me".

Dutta was to be the only performer in the song, with Patekar delivering one dialogue that was to be initially shot separately, her complaint states.

The actor said she was being forced and pressurised to do the steps but after she refused, the producer threatened to defame her.

Dutta had sought the Commission's intervention after claiming that Patekar allegedly misbehaved with her on the sets of a film in 2008.

She says she went to her van as "they were harassing me physically and mentally" and it was hard to bear. As she left, she claimed that, Siddiqui had already called the media and workers of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena who chanted slogans and banged on her auto, allegedly preventing her from leaving the premises.

She says that some political party workers started assaulting and damaging her auto while she and her family were trying to leave the venue.

Federation of Western Cine India Employees (FWCIE) on Wedesday assured that film personalities Alok Nath, Nana Patekar and Vikas Bahl will face a boycott from its members if they do not respond to their respective show cause notices in the given period.

Earlier in the evening, the actor had reached the Oshiwara Police Station to record her statement regarding the case, another official said.

The FIR was registered late on Wednesday, hours after Dutta had arrived in the police station in her auto, clad in a burqa to record her statement in regard to the harassment allegations against Bollywood veteran Nana Patekar.
