A cancer survivor who lost his nose and his left eye to the disease was asked to either cover up or leave a restaurant because he was putting off customers.

Next thing I know, "come here", she jerked me into her office.

Evans said he has been eating at Forks for a long time, but this is the first time he was asked to cover his face.

'He left and went home in tears to tell me what happened'.

Evans lost one of his eyes and his nose during a fight with cancer.

A cancer survivor's daughter shares the story of how her father was treated unfairly by a store owner in SC. While many would laud his victorious battle with cancer, he had a recent negative experience that brought him to tears.

Evans, whose face was left disfigured following the removal of a basal cell carcinoma seven years ago, told ABC affiliate WCIV that "the words that came out of [the manager's] mouth hurt me so deep".

"I promise you he will never ever set foot in that store again!" said Brandy in her post.

Brandy Evans called her dad the strongest man she knows.

'He can not help what the cancer did to him'.

On Wednesday, she established a GoFundMe page for her father.

A woman who identified herself as the manager responded the post. "How can a person eat anything with his face covered?"

He said he cannot afford reconstructive surgery and can't wear an eye patch because the skin around it is sensitive.

'It has to stay open and nothing is to touch that area that might rub it raw'. Last Oct. 8, Kirby was at the gas station when he proceeded to go inside the store to buy a pack of donuts and a drink. It was running my customers off.

CBS News reached out to Crosby and has yet to hear back. She told him "IF HE WAS GOING TO EAT IN HERE HE WOULD HAVE TO COVER HIS FACE!" It has raised over $7,000 from 281 people in one day.

"I'm telling you what, I didn't know there's that many people out there that cared", he said. "But there are. They're out there".

His daughter Brandy told of the incident on Facebook, she said: 'The owner grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him into her office.
