Teresa Giudice Speaks Out About Husband’s Deportation Ruling

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star posted to her Instagram page on Sunday for the first time since before last Wednesday, when her husband, Joe Giudice, was ordered to be deported following the conclusion of his stint in prison.

Joe is now serving out a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud that began in March 2016.

'My dad, who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home. We aren't done fighting dad. "Whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen". I know who my father is and I think many of you do too. We are gonna do everything we can to fight this daddy! "I love you with all my heart buddy❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#heartbroken". ET reports that she is hopeful they will win the appeal and Joe will be able to stay with his family.

Captioned with four prayer emojis, the 46-year-old reality star shared an image depicting the Statue of Liberty with her head in her hands.

Teresa previously opened up to The Daily Dish about Gia's plans for the future, which may include her one day attending law school. She said her father's time in prison should be enough of a punishment for his crimes.


"My father is no threat to society [;] he is one of the most warm hearted people I know, he would never harm a soul". My father came into this country when he was one years old, the United States is the only country he knows, spread the word. My father belongs with us and his entire family.

Alongside her sweet message, Milania shared two father-daughter portraits of the pair smiling together. He is set to be released next year.

But if his request is not granted, the man will have to go back to Italy without his wife and daughters and will most likely never be allowed to return to the States.

However, the source says their relationship will be in jeopardy if Joe can not remain in the States. "If you will, I'll tell you my side".

Joe was born in Italy and moved to the U.S.at age 1.
