Women Heckle Ted Cruz In Airport Over Kavanaugh Vote

"I believe in due process", said Cruz calmly as he continued to walk.

The woman, who apparently doesn't understand that the necessity of corroborative evidence in order for due process to function properly, answered, "You believe in due process?"

"Thank you for expressing your First Amendment rights", Cruz responded, which prompted loud shouting by the second protester.

The second female heckler chimed in with another exhausted old chestnut regarding Kavanaugh (above left): "Do you believe in a man lying about his alcohol in front of the Senate and perjury?"

A video posted to Twitter shows women tailing Sen. He was heckled out of a Washington, D.C. restaurant last month for the same reason.

The exchange was caught on video and began with Cruz saying, "It's a victory for women in America".

An ex-punk rocker giving up his congressional seat to challenge Cruz, O'Rourke has shattered fundraising records and attracted glowing national attention as he tries to become Texas' first Democrat to win statewide office since 1994.

Other Republicans lawmakers were also accosted in public and on the Capitol amid the Kavanaugh confirmation controversy.
