Apple has announced on its website that iPhone XR pre-orders will start at 12:01 PDT or 3:00 am EDT on October 19. We've embedded several of the best videos below.

The new iPhone XR comes with all-screen glass and aluminium design. Unlike the more expensive versions, however, it utilizes a cheaper LCD panel and only has a single rear-facing camera.

From a wide range of colour options to bezel-less notched display and fastest Apple chipset, the iPhone XR is still in the big leagues when compared against the Android rivals. He also highlights a detail about the device that was shared in Apple's September keynote, but which has been commonly overlooked: the XR actually has the longest-lasting battery of all available iPhones, lasting 1.5 hours longer than last year's 8 Plus model.

In terms of color options, consumers can choose from White, Black, Blue, Yellow, Coral, and (PRODUCT) RED. This is a privilege reserved for current iPhone customers who are on the iPhone Upgrade Program.

There are just three days left until pre-orders of the iPhone XR commence, and you'll just have to wait around a week more when the sales actually begin. But Sam's Club has a new deal that will let you save $100 on your upcoming iPhone XR purchase in the form of a gift card. Older models will give you a smaller rebate.

Interested buyers can head over to Flipkart, Amazon.in or Paytm Mall to pre-book the iPhone XR online on Friday.

You can even use your Sky Piggybank credit to get money off devices and accessories.

Phones eligible for some sort of trade-in discount include the iPhone 5 and later, the Galaxy S4 and later, the Note 4 and later, the LG G4 or later, the LG V10 or later, any OnePlus phone, the Motorola Nexus 6, the Motorola Z2 Force, and any Google Pixel. It's unclear which phones qualify for the maximum discount, but we'd expect that you'll need to trade in a newer phone to bring down your iPhone XR payment to $10 a month.
