The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are back in Sydney today and so far they've taken part in an extremely colourful Fluoro Friday event.

The pair also went to the beach in Melbourne yesterday, during their day three visit.

The couple sat on the sand and linked their arms around other members of the circle, as the group discussed their experiences with mental health - an issue championed by Prince Harry. She said she was up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep. "And he introduced him to his wife and said, 'She would love a cuddle too.' And he said, 'Luke will you please give my wife a hug as well?'" the report read.

A look at the best moments from day three of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Pacific tour as they arrived in Melbourne and engaged with the community and various volunteer groups.

Ella Burns, another 12-year-old pupil, added: "She said that she hadn't thought of one as it was still quite early".

Reacting to news of Meghan's pregnancy, the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were said to be "delighted". Indeed, she even participated in some sports drills, despite wearing Manolo Blahnik heels and being a few months into her pregnancy.

The two will then meet with Prime Minister Scott Morrison MP and Invictus Games competitors, where Harry will climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge to officially raise the Invictus Flag, marking the arrival of the Invictus Games to Sydney.

It didn't hurt that the necklace paired perfectly with the duchess' navy Dion Lee dress ($1,290), Martin Grant trench coat, Manolo Blahnik BB pumps ($625) and gold Shaun Lane cuff ($1,211).
