It's one of 76 engagements Prince Harry and Meghan are expected to attend during a whirlwind 16-day tour of Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

On Friday morning, locals welcomed Prince Harry and Meghan to the iconic Bondi Beach where the royal couple participated in an "anti- bad vibes circle" to discuss mental health issues. The duchess then did a quick change into a navy blue and periwinkle dress that showed off her tiny baby bump for a surprise visit to an all-girls school.

"Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag", Connell, 35, said, as reported by Sky News.

"Even in her jet lag she got up to do yoga this morning at 4.30. Physical activity like yoga and surfing is so good for healing your mind".

Many pregnant women still experience morning sickness between the 12-14 week mark, meaning a full day of engagements would have been hard for Meghan if she was still experiencing symptoms.

Meghan became emotional as she expressed her pride at how passionately the young women spoke about their views and said they reminded her so much of how she was growing up, writes People magazine.

"There were a lot of times my dad would say, 'Meg, why don't you go and help with the craft services room over there?"

The Duke and Duchess, who have been married for five months, announced that Meghan is expecting her first child as they landed in Sydney on Monday.
