Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie set to begin custody trial

According to TMZ, the exes have filed legal documents seeking a custody trial from a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, with the trial reportedly set to begin on December 4.

TMZ has learned that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going to begin trial proceedings over custody of their six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne on December 4.

Angelina and Brad have filed legal docs asking an L.A. Superior Court Judge to give them until next June to hash out their bitter divorce. with the help of a private judge.

It is expected the courtroom will be sealed off to anyone other than the parties involved because of the involvement of minors. News report, published on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, the estranged exes will be taking their custody battle to trial next month.

His lawyer Lance Spiegel added that Pitt "adamantly disputes the contention that he has not paid child support".
