Christmas Abbott has found herself in a legal situation.

Online records from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office confirmed the arrest, which came two days before her son Loyal Atticus' one-month birthday.

The report says Abbott drove to a gym in Tampa to confront a woman.

According to a police report obtained by Page Six, the former reality star, 36, asked the woman if she was sleeping with her unborn baby's father and when she didn't give a direct answer, Abbott told police she "lost it" before hitting the woman's auto in the parking lot.

The former Big Brother contestant was arrested on Tuesday in Tampa, Florida after turning herself into police.

A police report on the incident states that Christmas also hurled a cup of coffee and issued a number of insults to the other woman.

Christmas' rep told E!

The arresting officer described Christmas as "loud and boisterous" during his investigation of the scene and explained he had to tell her multiple times to stop "screaming" at the victim.

According to the victim's sworn statement, the reality star allegedly called her a 'pathetic home wrecking little s***'.

The 36-year-old reportedly turned herself in just before 2 p.m. ET and was released on her own recognizance less than an hour later. The reality star shares her son with her ex-boyfriend, Benjamin Bunn. She captioned the photo, "How could I ever get enough of that sweet smile?! He simply lights up my heart & makes me so fulfilled!" she shared in a separate Instagram post Wednesday morning.

'No teaching point on this post, ' the Big Brother star wrote.

'There's moments that are hard as hell but countless more that are priceless'.

Bunn spoke to Us Weekly back in October about the former couple's third-place win on Season 19 of the CBS reality show back in 2017.
