Longtime Clinton insider Mark Penn raised eyebrows throughout Democratic circles this week; publishing a revealing op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that flat-out confirmed Hillary Clinton will likely run for president a third-time.

And all the Republicans go: Yes!

The op-ed has drawn some strong reactions, including from Lisa Boothe, Dan Bongino and Kellyanne Conway, who tweeted Monday morning her hope that Clinton will run again.

It could really happen.

Even though Clinton said that she didn't want to run, she left the door open to a possible 2020 run in late October, saying "I'd like to be president".

The former Secretary of State and twice-failed presidential candidate won't "let a little thing like two stunning defeats stand in the way of her claim to the White House", the pair wrote of Clinton's resolve to defeat Trump in 2020. She won her party's nod in 2016 only to find herself crushed by Donald Trump's unexpected populist uprising. "Maybe not at first, when the legions of Senate Democrats make their announcements, but definitely by the time the primaries are in full swing".

"Claims of a Russian conspiracy and the unfairness of the Electoral College shielded Mrs. Clinton from ever truly conceding she had lost", the writers claimed.

Hillary may be running again.

Bongino said on "Fox & Friends" that he would not be surprised to see another Clinton bid, arguing "her whole life revolves around" being in power.
