Here's a look at its price, specifications, and features.

Samsung is bringing the world's first smartphone with four rear cameras to India.

And now for some details about Samsung's no-longer-mythical foldable phone. Moreover, the device might get more color options after it is launched initially. At this price point, Galaxy A9 will be competing against the likes of OnePlus 6T and Asus Zenfone 5Z.

Samsung will launch the Galaxy A9 at an event in India today. The launch event was also streamed live on the official Samsung India and Samsung Bharat newsroom.

Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a 6.3-inch full HD+ Infinity display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Are you planning to get any of these smartphones? In terms of design, Galaxy A9 (2018) features a tall body in a compact form factor. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is present at the centre of the back panel. Under the hood of the smartphone runs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor paired with 6GB and 8GB of RAM. Both the models will be available with 128GB storage option. It is fuelled by a 3,800mAh battery along with Quick Charge 2.0 support. That may come as no surprise as the Note line pioneered the hand and pocket stretching "phablet" movement, and now nearly every smartphone made is larger than the original couple of Galaxy Note generations. The setup includes a 24-megapixel primary sensor along with an f/1.7 aperture, a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom and an f/2.4 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with a 120-degree lens supporting an f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
