Post office, other federal offices closed for Bush funeral services

After services in Washington, Bush will be returned to Houston to lie in repose at St. Martin's Episcopal Church before burial Thursday at his family plot on the library grounds. The yellow labrador's full name is Sully H.W. Bush.

December 5 has been declared a national holiday and that means there will be no mail delivery.

Flags on public buildings are flying at half-staff for 30 days.
