Can the Cowboys Defense handle the Eagles again in Week 14?

Eagles LB Kamu Grugier-Hill spit some trash to talk about one of his team's divisional rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, ahead of their matchup on Sunday.

"I talk to the team a lot about how we don't need to post anything that can be used on other teams' website or bulletin board", Pederson said. It's unfortunate that happened. "They always choke. So we'll go down there and make them choke".

This game was already going to be a huge one for both teams, but now there's been some extra fuel added to the fire. Grugier-Hill dropped a Dak Prescott pass that hit him in the hands, which likely would have resulted in a pick-six in the first quarter with the Cowboys at their own 8-yard line.

"It's just a big week", he said.

As for Grugier-Hill, he met with the media again on Friday and made it clear that he was kind of regretting his comments.

It's a rivalry game. Obviously, didn't mean to disrespect this organization or coach Pederson, I just have a lot of confidence in our guys, confidence in myself going into this game and ready to play.

"Everything is going to be on the field and how we play", he said.

On Pederson's end, although he wasn't happy with the remarks, he doesn't seem to think that Grugier-Hill's comments are actually going to have any impact on the game.

"I'm not too anxious about", he said. However, a Philadelphia win on Sunday would technically put Doug Pederson and company in first place over Dallas in the NFC East, which is why this is expected to be one of the most exciting contests from Week 14.

Asked how Pederson responded, he said: "He understands. We know what we can do as a team, and we're ready to play".
