Lana Del Rey has shared a brand new track titled "hope is a unsafe thing for a woman like me...but I have it" as she ramps up the hype on her soon to be released album Norman Fucking Rockwell.

The track, produced by Jack Antonoff, follows last year's releases, "Mariners Apartment Complex" and "Venice Bitch", both of which are set to appear on the album as well. It's the flawless absurd teen anthem for this particular moment in time, and leaves us in anticipation of Lana Del Rey's upcoming album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, expected out sometime this year.

Lana belts out: "Writing in blood on my walls / 'Cause the ink in my pen don't work in my notepad".

The "Young and Beautiful" singer's sixth studio album, titled Norman F**king Rockwell, is due for release in mid-2019, with the first single said to be forthcoming. It's perfectly stylized teenage angst forcing every listener to feel something of the pubescent-glory of a 15-year-old girl weeping into her pink bed spread, mourning everything and nothing. That single, 'hope is a unsafe thing for a woman like me to have - but i have it' has finally arrived and it's a thing of beauty.

Speaking to Beats1, Lana revealed: "I have like 13 kind of long poems that I started binding and I thought, 'Wow, the pages are kind of stacking up here.' I mean, it's easy too with haikus because it's only three lines so you could have like 30 pages of haikus that's only like 200 words or something".

"I literally might just drop these little books off at some bookstores in Silverlake and beg them to sell them".
