Two transfer deals in as many hours for Sevilla, who earlier this evening announced the signing of Austrian centre-back Maximilian Wöber then shortly after that, confirmed that an agreement has been reached with Barcelona for Munir El Haddadi.

The Catalan giants' La Liga rivals have now confirmed via their official club website that the 23-year-old has signed a contract with them, with a fee for the winger reported to be in the region of €1m. The Andalusian club will pay FC Barcelona 1,050,000 euros to sign the striker.

After confirming his departure, Barcelona said: "The club would like to thank Munir El Haddadi for his dedication and commitment and wishes him all the best for the future".

After struggling to break through into Ernesto Valverde's side this season, with just seven La Liga appearances to his name, Munir was tipped to leave the Camp Nou in search of regular first team football.

A loan to Alaves followed the next season and saw Munir improve on his strike-rate, finding the net 10 times in 33 La Liga matches, starting 28 of them.

A Spain youth global, Munir has been capped once for the senior side, coming on for a 13-minute appearance against Macedonia in 2014.

Munir made 56 appearances for Barcelona, scoring 12 goals for the club.

However, he joins Sevilla immediately in a cut price deal.
