The Weeknd returns in Gesaffelstein's "Lost In The Fire"

Just hours after debuting the song, The Weeknd and Gesaffelstein join forces in the video for their collaboration "Lost in the Fire". It isn't confirmed of course, but one could imagine that Drake's son being unknown to the world before Pusha T's explosive "The Story of Adidon" track is the inspiration. "And I just want a baby with the right one / 'Cause I could never be the one to hide one", sings The Weeknd as he covers his face with his hand.

The speculation seems to come from the fact that Drake was rumored to be involved with Hadid while she and Weeknd were broken up.

That being said, a feud between the two artists wouldn't be unheard of.

This isn't the first time the pair have collaborated together. So when you take a quick look at the lyrics from "Lost in the Fire" you can immediately see why they could be viewed as another shot at the "In My Feelings" rapper.

While Drake was famously instrumental in launching The Weeknd's career, things seemingly soured in 2012 when The Weeknd signed with Republic Records instead of Drake's OVO Sound label.
