Deborah Brown, from Richmond, won the lottery 30 times after purchasing 30 Pick 4 tickets with the winning number combination of 1-0-3-1, NBC News reported.

Deborah Brown, Virginia in the United States, bought 20 Pick 4 tickets for the Virginia Lottery; with all of them having the same four digits for the same draw on 11 February.

Organizers of the lottery told reporters the odds of matching all four numbers in the right order are 1 in 10,000.

Deborah Brown, of Richmond, said she kept seeing the numbers "1-0-3-1" throughout the day, and made a decision to stop at a gas station in Chesterfield County to purchase 20 of the $1 Pick 4 tickets on February 11. Brown said as the day progressed, she began to notice the same series of numbers appearing everywhere she looked.

Brown later bought ten more tickets with the same numbers at the same location. Later that day, much to her surprise, "1-0-3-1" was read out as the winning sequence - and she netted a $150,000 check.

Each of her 30 plays won the $5,000 top prize.

Seeing that her numbers had come up, Deborah said she "nearly had a heart attack", which is a pretty standard reaction, I reckon. "Brown said she has no immediate plans for her winnings, but she's considering some home renovation".
