The allegation that Loughlin paid bribes to gain her daughters' college admissions is unconnected to Hallmark, but her career and the channel have become intertwined.

Mossimo Giannulli and Loughlin were recorded on calls with a cooperating witness stating that if they were ever caught they would say they made a donation to the foundation, the indictment stated.

Crown Media has severed ties with Lori Loughlin in the wake of her alleged involvement in a nationwide college admissions scam, meaning the Full House alum will no longer star on the Hallmark period drama When Calls the Heart or the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film series Garage Sale Mysteries.

The Hallmark Channel is known for holidays and shows with happy endings.

Loughlin was taken into custody Wednesday and then released the same day on $1 million bond.

As part of her bond arrangement, Loughlin is being permitted to travel within the continental U.S.as well as British Columbia, where she is now filming.

Actors Dave Coulier (L) and Lori Loughlin speak onstage during the 2016 TV Land Icon Awards at The Barker Hanger on April 10, 2016 in Santa Monica, California.

The 54-year-old actress has starred in 15 Garage Sale Mysteries films so far, with another installment listed as "filming" on IMDb and three more in pre-production.

Federal law enforcement officials went to Loughlin's home in Los Angeles on Tuesday and discovered she was out of the country, according to TMZ. They were booked and released on bail set at $1 million each for allegedly paying a college consultant company $500,000 to ensure their two daughters would be accepted to the University of Southern California as athletic recruits.

Her parents are charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. This, though neither child had participated in the sport. It was not clear if their other daughter, Isabella, has attended the university. Their lawyer has declined comment.

In another coincidence, cosmetics company Sephora says it's dropping its social-media relationship with Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade Giannulli, after her parents were charged in a bribery scheme to get her into college. A federal investigation into the matter - dubbed "Operation Varsity Blues" - has been ongoing for more than a year.
