"Today" show co-anchor Hoda Kotb is growing her family!

The biggest one was Monday when she posted what many perceived just to be an inspirational Instagram: "Choose Hope".

(You tricky lady, you.) The Today show followed up with a pic of Kotb with both of her daughters. Kotb adopted her first child, Haley Joy, in 2017 and photos show she approves of her little sister.

"Joel and I were standing there when they hand you the baby - and it's the closest thing to a live birth I think you'll ever see - [and] in that moment I was like, 'My God.' My heart just grew 10 times, it's fantastic", she said about her experience with her boyfriend Joel Schiffman.

Sounds like Haley is going to be just fine when she starts to get the hang of this big sister thing!

Kotb says Haley is marching around saying "I'm a big sister". "I'm so happy to be here". "About a week ago, I'm changing her and I'm putting her down for bed and I say, 'Haley do you know what my favorite time of the day is?' And she looked at me and she goes, 'Right now.' And I thought that night time is so intimate and so special".

"Joel and I were standing there when they hand you the baby", Kotb said. "How's she doing? Is she helping?" asked Savannah Guthrie. "In that moment I was like, my heart just grew!" But one day I was sitting with my boyfriend and I said to him, 'I'm going to have to talk to you about something because I can't push it down anymore, push it away.' I said, 'Don't answer now. "It's wonderful. I can't believe it's happening".
