Britney Spears' manager says she won't be returning to Vegas any time soon.

"Domination" was supposed to kick off on February 13 but rehearsals were put on hold when Spears' father fell ill late past year.

Spears, 37, checked out of a mental health facility on April 25 after staying at the wellness center for almost a month as she sought help in dealing with her father Jamie Spears' illness.

Stressing the severity of the situation, Larry added to TMZ: "I don't want her to work again until she's ready - physically, mentally and passionately".

'Kevin won't allow the boys to spend more time with their mother until Britney is once again stable and therapeutic on medication. I have no desire or ability to make her work again. Personally, I want for her to just find a peaceful, happy place - whatever that means for her. "And, if she ever does want to work again, I'm here to tell her if it's a good idea or a bad idea".

Larry Rudolph, in remarks to celebrity website TMZ, Variety and Entertainment Tonight, said the "Stronger" singer had not called him in months.

Last month, she spent time in a mental health facility, saying she needed "a little me time".

Britney was not taking her medicines properly and she was about to resume rehearsals for Domination but as per now, it seems Britney will not perform anymore on stage.

It is thought she hopes to be given more freedom by the judge than she now has.

"She would not be going there in the near future and possibly never again, " he said.

"[Britney] is the one whose focus is on on [getting better]".

It is unknown what was said during last Friday's court hearing, though the judge reportedly ordered Spears to undergo a 730 expert evaluation, a competence examination typically given to children in divorce cases. He doesn't want her to work if she can not.

Spears checked herself into a facility in late March, but left for several hours multiple times during her treatment, including an Easter Sunday visit to the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills with her longtime boyfriend, Sam Asghari. A source claimed the medications stabilizing her mental health issues were reportedly starting to lose their efficacy, so doctors had to create a new cocktail, which ended up destabilizing her.

Rudolph has been in touch with Spears' parents, but reiterates that his involvement is "on a need-to-know basis".
